Hey, y’all! I am super excited that I have an A.England collection to share with you in today’s post. I had my eye on this collection for a little bit, as I kept seeing teaser pics online. I’m so, so happy that I have it safe in my stash now, and I can’t wait to show it to you. So … Let’s take a look!

Bat Wings is a “jet black base with red-violet shimmer and linear holographic”. This polish has a lovely formula. I had no issues with application, and I liked the opacity in 1-2 coats. As with nearly all my A.England polishes, this is basically opaque in 1 coat. But I prefer the look of 2 on my own nails. You are seeing 2 coats in the photo.
This black is spectacular. It is so beautifully soft, and I love how the light picks up the reddish-purple shimmer. I have not worn this one in a full manicure yet, but I am looking forward to it. I think it will be gorgeous with some gold stamping over the top. And I’m also sitting here thinking this would be a fun pedicure color. Hmmm …

Love Song for a Vampire is a “dark cyan blue resembling a blue-green moonstone glow with linear holographic”. This polish has a great formula. I liked the opacity in 1-2 coats, and you are seeing 2 in my swatch photo.
O.M.G. This polish just … It takes my breath away. I love everything about it. You can see that it is more blue for me, although you can see some hints of green within it. This polish is bold and beautiful and bright. I just freaking LOVE it. It did stain my nails a bit, but I can’t be mad at it.

Mina is a “light periwinkle with flaming hologram that shifts between blue and lavender”. This polish has a great formula. I did not feel it was fully opaque in 1 coat, so I would say this is a 2-coater. You are seeing 2 coats in my photo.
This polish is so light and airy. It’s a bit of a fairy tale on each nail, and I love how it has this silvery look to it. I feel like I can see the purples and lavenders in this polish, but they are overlaid with grays and silvers. The holographic is spectacular, too. This is a super pretty polish.

The Wild Rose is a “green gold with olive green undertones and flaming linear holographic”. This polish has a great formula. It might be opaque in 1 coat, but it was not for me. I liked this one in 2 coats.
I love the olive tones in this polish. I feel like I can see some golds in here, too, and it gives a warmth and depth to this polish that I was not expecting. It’s such a serene, kind of understated polish, but it is kind of eye-catching, at the same time.

Whitby Abbey is a “cool, medium, stormy gray with violet undertones and linear holographic”. This polish has a nice formula. I found it could be opaque in 1 coat, but I prefer 2. You are seeing 2 coats in my photo.
This polish feels like Mina’s big sister to me. And I love that. It definitely has some gray tones to it, but I can easily see the purples in here, too. I find this a stronger polish in terms of color tone. And I love the contrast of the holographic in here.
THE WRAP-UP:
This is such a fun collection. I love the combination of warmth and coolness in this collection, as well as the combination of bold and subdued colors. There is something mysterious about the colors in this collection, as well as something unexpected about it. And I think that’s pretty darn perfect for a Bram Stoker / Dracula-themed collection!
What about all of you? Did you get anything from this collection? If so, what did you think about it? I would love to hear all about it!
